Few things are more nourishing than encouragement. Affirming words have great power to create proper perspective, give us perseverance in the face of trials and lead us to fall more deeply in love with our creator. It is the antithesis of the lies and condemnation we daily face from an enemy accuser and a world striving to define it’s own worth.
Encouragement sessions are time when a team surrounds you and joins in listening for God’s encouragement. We might proclaim scriptures of encouragement, a sense of life calling, your identity in Christ or anything else the Lord wants to share. These are precious times of intimacy where we are built up in truth and hope in the lover of our souls and Lord of eternity.
